Mindfulness workshops are an interactive and exploratory series of exercises and mindful experiences that will teach you skills to soothe anxiety and stress, increase self-esteem and happiness, and improve overall health.

Learn what is mindfulness meditation and the many benefits
Experience a mind and body meditation
Explore your senses through food
Week 2 March 13th, 2016:
Learn soothing techniques to destress
Find your childlike qualities for more fun, play and joy
Explore your sense of sight using mindfulness techniques and journal writing
Week 3 March 20th, 2016:
Mindful sound and movement
Listen to live music from a local musician and various melodies and vibrations Learn tools to help relieve physical pain, anxiety, depression, and insomnia to name a few
